IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT…PLEASE READ!!!
BEREA CONCERT CHOIR AT PARKWAY… The Concert Choir from Berea College will be holding a retreat and singing in our Sunday morning services on the weekend of September 27th-28th. We still will need a few host homes to provide a place to sleep on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning. If you would like to house a couple of student, please contact me immediately!

If you can help with lunch and/or supper, please let me know. They will have lunch on Saturday, September 27th at 12:00 noon, and supper at 6:00p.m. They are providing everything for themselves, but it would be nice for us to have some of our folks on hand to help.

We will also provide a pot-luck lunch for them following the Sunday morning services. If you can bring a dish, please sign the list in the Choir Room or at the Get Connected Booths. Everyone is welcome to eat with the choir. However, if you are unable to stay for the potluck, you can still bring a dish.

WORSHIP BAND… On Saturday evening, September 27th at 7:00p.m., there will be a rehearsal for Sunday morning’s service. Our Worship Band is playing on two of their songs and they have asked for as many of our Worship Band that can attend the Saturday evening rehearsal. This rehearsal should not last more than an hour. Keith Mackin will be there to run sound during this rehearsal.

WORSHIP MINISTRY RETREAT…
Our Fall Retreat is set for Saturday, November 1st. We will spend the day focusing on “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”, but will have other fun things in store, too. More details will be announces soon. Mark your calendar!!!

VOCAL TEAM TRAINING…
We are entering our 3rd week of Vocal Team Training through the Paul Baloche video. I hope that your are enjoy the sessions and are picking up a few things! Beginning this week, I would like for the following Sunday’s vocal team to stay a few extra minutes to review the Sunday services. This means the RED Vocal Team will stay this week.

DRAMA MINISTRY…
The Parkway Drama Ministry is meeting on Wednesdays at 6:00p.m. in Room W-106. Our Drama Team shares in our Sunday Morning Worship Service two or three times a month. If you are interested in participating in our Drama Ministry, plan to attend our next meeting!
