RETREAT… Our Fall Retreat is set for Saturday, November 1st. We will spend the day focusing on “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”. Here is a rough schedule of the day:
9:00 AM – BREAKFAST
9:45 AM – Choir Rehearsal
11:45 AM – BREAK (Naomi Nelson funeral service)
12:30 PM – LUNCH (Drama Cast will join us)
1:30 PM – Full Cast & Choir Run Thru
3:00 PM – Dismiss
Breakfast and lunch are being provided, so all you need to do is show up ready to sing (and act!)

“I’LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS” DRAMA CAST… Please plan to attend our retreat on Saturday, November 1st. Join the choir for lunch at 12:30p.m., then plan on a full run of the musical at 1:30p.m. We are rehearsing on Wednesdays at 7:00p.m. in Room W-106. Next Wednesday (11/5), we will begin with Scene 5.
DRAMA MINISTRY… The Parkway Drama Ministry is meeting on Wednesdays at 6:00p.m. in Room W-106. Our Drama Team shares in our Sunday Morning Worship Service two or three times a month. If you are interested in participating in our Drama Ministry, plan to attend our next meeting!
STEPHEN FOSTER MUSIC CLUB CHRISTMAS PROGRAM… This year the Annual Candlelight Christmas program will feature music from “The Wonder of Christmas”, performed by the Bardstown/Nelson County Community Choir accompanied by the Nelson County High School Concert Band. Rehearsals will begin on Monday, October 13th at 6:30p.m. in our Choir Room. This program features a mixture of well-known Christmas classics and contemporary Christmas songs like, “Sing We Now of Christmas”, “I Wonder As I Wonder”, “We Three Kings”, and “The Wexford Carol”. Everyone is invited to participate in this exciting program.
