PARKWAY WORSHIP NEWS AUGUST 15

BEREA CONCERT CHOIR AT PARKWAY…
The Concert Choir from Berea College will be holding a retreat and singing in our Sunday morning services on the weekend of September 27th-28th. We are excited to be chosen as the host church for this group. We will need several host homes to provide a place to sleep on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning. We will also provide a pot-luck lunch for them following the Sunday morning services. More details will be coming, so watch for them!!!

SUPER SATURDAY EVENT…
The Kentucky Baptist Convention SUPER SATURDAY ’08 event is on Saturday, August 23rd at St. Matthews Baptist Church. There are several sessions for church musicians and worship leaders at this year’s conference. For a complete listing of what is being offered, please visit www.kybaptist.org/supersaturday. Sign up to attend at the Get Connected Booths or in the Choir Room. Sign up deadline is August 17th.

DRAMA MINISTRY…
The Parkway Drama Ministry will begin meeting on Wednesdays at 6:00p.m. in the Choir Room beginning on August 27th. Our Drama Team shares in our Sunday Morning Worship Service two or three times a month. If you are interested in participating in our Drama Ministry, plan to attend our next meeting!
