*** NOTE TO VOCAL TEAM… It is suggested that we wear royal blue shirts with black pants or all black this Sunday to help promote the Women’s Ministry and the Beth Moore Simulcast. Two of our vocalists will be wearing their royal blue Women’s Ministry shirts. Let’s try to help them out. I think uniformity is a good thing!

ANNOUNCEMENTS…
WORSHIP MINISTRY BANQUET...
Our Fall Banquet will kick-off an new season for the Parkway Worship Ministry. Start praying about your commitment to the Choir, Band and Media Ministries over the next couple of weeks. Then plan to attend our Banquet on Wednesday, August 6th at 6:00p.m. Information will be shared about plans for the coming year, including our Christmas Musical, Easter Pageant and Good Friday Service. Please have your music ready for August 10th, as we will have a quick rehearsal after the banquet.

WORSHIP CHOIR & BAND…
Our Worship Choir will be back in the Choir Loft on Sundays beginning August 10th. That evening we resume our regular Sunday Choir & Band rehearsal schedule. We will be doing some vocal blending with the Worship Choir after rehearsal for the first couple of weeks, so plan to attend!!!

SUPER SATURDAY EVENT…
The Kentucky Baptist Convention SUPER SATURDAY ’08 event is on Saturday, August 23rd at St. Matthews Baptist Church. There are several sessions for church musicians and worship leaders at this year’s conference. For a complete listing of what is being offered, please visit www.kybaptist.org/supersaturday. Sign up to attend at the Get Connected Booths or in the Choir Room. Sign up deadline is August 17th.
