ANNOUNCEMENTS…
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL PLANTS NEEDED... We are still in need of some plants to use in decorating the Choir Room for Vacation Bible School. This year's these is Polynesian, so any tropical style 'fake' plants will do. If you can donate some plants for the week, please put your name on them and leave them in the Choir Room sometime before Sunday, June 8th.

PATRIOTIC SERVICE… Our Patriotic Sunday Service is on July 6th. Both services will be lead by full Choir and Band. Please mark your calendars now and plan to be at both services!

REVIVAL INVITATION… Our Worship Choir and Band has been invited to share music in a Revival on Sunday evening, July 13th at Gravel Switch Baptist Church. Mark your calendar and keep watching form more information.

VOCAL TEAM AUDITIONS... Vocal Team auditions for the 2008-09 season will be held in July. The exact dates and times will be announced soon. The audition process will be as follows:
(1) You will fill out an audition form and answer a few questions
(2) You will be asked a questions in a short interview
(3) You will sing

All the details about the audition will be included in the audition packets which will be available near the end of June.

PARKWAY SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS… The Parkway School of Fine Arts is a new program we are offering as part of the Parkway Worship Ministry. We will be offering private and group lessons in piano, voice, stings, wind instruments, percussion, drama and other arts as instructors become available. We believe that art and music are gifts of God and we want to do everything we can to encourage and develop these creative gifts. Our goal is to offer faith-based education that not only impacts the talents of the performer but also the spiritual wellbeing of the student.

We plan to launch the Parkway School of Fine Arts in August 2008 and we are looking for willing instructors to teach. If you are interested, please contact Jeff Lutz at 502-348-4677. Student information packets will be available soon.
