WEEK OF FEBRUARY 22, 2009

2009 EASTER PAGEANT…
The Pageant is quickly approaching! As we prepare ourselves, continually bathe this production in prayer. I am working on the solo/cast list and plan to have it ready by Sunday’s rehearsal. The full ‘running’ script is printed and in the Choir Room for anyone who wants a copy. Until March (and the set is in place) we will continue running the music on Sunday evenings during our regular rehearsal time. However, after the set is up, we will have to have a few extra rehearsals. These are a necessity, if we want this production to be ready on time. Here is the schedule:

PAGEANT SET CONSTRUCTION
March 9th – 13th (I’ll have a schedule of exact times when I’ll need help by next week)

SPRING CHOIR & BAND RETREAT (for Pageant Cast)
Saturday, March 14th at 9:00a.m. til 3:00p.m.

2009 PAGEANT REHEARSALS (after Retreat)
Sunday, March 15th at 6:00p.m. (FULL RUN with FULL CAST)
Wednesday, March 18th at 7:30p.m. (FULL RUN WITH ALL TECH/LIGHTS)
SUNDAY, March 22nd at 6:00p.m. (FULL DRESS REHEARSAL)
WEDNESDAY, March 25th at 7:30p.m. (FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL)
